Terms & Conditions

  • In order to purchase a reading, you must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Your confidentiality is held in the highest regard, and as such we do not share your information with other entities or sell your personal information to companies for marketing purposes.
  • Any instances where a client threatens to hurt themselves will be immediately reported to the proper authorities in the city and state (or country) of the client.
  • For all scheduled appointments, there is a 15 minute grace period after the reading or service has started before the client will have to re-schedule.
  • Any formal financial dispute initiated by a client through their PayPal, credit card company, financial institution or bank is automatic grounds for permanent client dismissal, with no exceptions.
  • A client may reschedule up to an hour before their appointment. One no call/no show will be re-scheduled in the event of an emergency.
  • ValRich Infinity reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason with no explanation given.
  • All payments for readings, courses and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a scheduling conflict arises, any purchased reading, course or service will be rescheduled and not refunded.
  • For entertainment purposes only. All readings with ValRich Infinity are intended to offer insight into a client’s personal life and do not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. All readings are done for referencing purposes. Readings with ValRich Infinity are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. ValRich Infinity does not diagnose illnesses.
  • ValRich Infinity is not responsible or liable for any damages arising from information contained in a reading. ValRich Infinity is not responsible for damages arising from spiritual services performed. Please use good judgement and good common sense.
  • Completed prayer requests do not guarantee results. Completed candle petitions do not guarantee results.
  • In agreeing to patronize ValRich Infinity, you do hereby agree to follow ALL instructions given for spiritual work, with no exception. No spiritual work will be completed by ValRich Infinity with any mal-intent in mind or practice.
